Failed Appointments

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or change an appointment.

If you do not give adequate notice and fail to attend for an appointment, other patients are deprived from the care that could have been available to them, we reserve the right to remove the patients that waste our time and resorces from the practice list.

Private patients will be charged £45.00 per 20 minute dental appointment and £38.00 for an appointment with a hygienist.
