Welcome to Wellington Dental Practice. Our book is currently open and we are welcoming new Private and Denplan patients. To register with us, simply give us a call, send an email or pop into the practice to arrange a consultation.
New patient documents:
If you wish to be seen as a Denplan patient, a full new patient assessment is required so that we can discuss the best treatment options for you and recommend a suitable plan.
Please ensure you bring with you to your first appointment a full list of medications and an awareness of your medical history.
If you are a little anxious, feel free to bring along a friend or family member to attend with you!
