Our NHS books are closed to all new NHS patients.
After your examination payment for all NHS courses of treatment is payable in full before the start of treatment.
Failure to attend / late cancellation policy: Every week many surgery hours are wasted by patients who fail to attend for their appointments, or cancel at short notice, this deprives other patients from receiving dental care and wastes practice’s precious resources, therefore patients who do not attend on a regular basis or have failed to attend for more than one appointment will be removed from our practice list, this is in line with NHS dental regulation. It is the patient’s responsibility to record and remember their appointment.
To maintain a good oral health and to remain active on our books, receive treatment when you need it, or in an emergency, please make sure that your next regular check-up appointment is made at the reception
