I experienced some issues with infection after a tooth extraction, typically these issues happened at the weekend. I called the practice number and left a message, within 10 minutes the practice owner had called me back and arranged to see me, this resulted in a prescription for some antibiotics, plus some additional aftercare a few days later to check everything was healing properly.
I felt genuinely looked after throughout the whole process, the communication and information I received was excellent.
