When you arrive for your new patient appointment, we warmly welcome you and invite you to make yourself at home in our comfortable waiting area. We may ask you to fill out some new patient forms. If you’re feeling nervous, please let us know so we can help.
We invite you into the surgery and spend some time getting to know you and your oral health. We carry out a full assessment, including digital x-rays, and ask you about any previous dental work, your concerns and ideal smile.
Following the assessment, we explain our findings and give you some advice to help you keep your teeth and gums in the best condition at home. We’re always happy to answer any questions you may have.
If we find anything that requires further treatment, we create your bespoke plan and arrange your appointments. Otherwise, we advise when to return for your next routine visit.
